Ekalavya Primary Ashram School was established in 16/10/1954, Secondary Ashram School was established in 16/10/1986 and Junior College of Art's and Science was established in 01/07/2012 . It is managed by Dang Seva Mandal, Nashik. Ekalavya Primary, Secondary and Junior Art's and Science College located in Rural Area(Umbarthan). It is located in Surgana block of Nashik District of Maharashtra. Marathi is the medium of instucation in this school. In this school academic session starts in June.

Ekalavya Primary, Secondary and Junior Art's and Science College is a co-educational, day boarding cum residential school, following the state board, Maharashtra curriculum. It is innovative, child-centered and fully committed towards providing quality education to all its pupils.
